Since 2017, Zona Out East Diner has been a family-owned business serving travelers and locals alike. Although property has been updated, most things remain the same such as original jukeboxes and our family’s love of hospitality and offering quality food. You can find classic burgers, gourmet panini & salads as well as wide variety of entrees on our menu.
Serving home style diner food, our diner is the perfect place to stop in for some coffee or take the whole family out to dinner. You can find just about anything you’re craving at the Zona Out east Diner.

Our Food
Trust Zona Out East Diner with the classic New York bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. The BEC sandwich is the quintessential New York-style breakfast. Quite simply, it includes crispy bacon, fried eggs, yellow American cheese, all piled onto premium Kaiser roll. After many years we remain true to tradition, dishing up classic American fare since taking over Rocky Point Townhouse Diner in 2017.
Delicious chicken, tuna, shrimp & potato salads are made on premises along with many other sides and entrees. Our homemade corned beef hash is second to none! We are proud to be your “go to” place for excellent lunch, dinner, and take-out. So, if you are a transplanted New Yorker, east end traveler or a local and crave a wedge from the old-fashioned diner atmosphere, stop by, or give us a call!
